First try to talk with the scammer.
if he doesn't give back the item Takem Piks of the scene. (how to ?) (on ur board u gonna see PRINT SCREEN (look Up to the arrows) ur gonna take some Piks.)
2nd- Post the Entire messages u receive from him ( game name and psw ) Everything that could help us ban him.
3rd- Stay calm we gonna make our possible to ban any kind of scammer
